FLIS® Fashion and Right to Day 2/2020
The Red Lines of Fashion
Models, flashes, beauty, brightness, color, glamour, fame and luxury. These may be some of the attributes that can be related to the fashion industry, an industry that is often classified as superfluous and elitist, however, beyond that apparent brilliance of fashion there is a very complex industry, a sector economic that generates billions of euros a year, which produces millions of direct and indirect jobs; On the other hand, it is also a sector that has a negative impact on the environment. This just to name some of the peculiarities of fashion.
This number 2 of FLIS® Fashion and Right to the Day, deals with some red lines of fashion, among which we unfailingly unite Fashion Law as a fundamental discipline in this business. We value as a starting point the relevance of intellectual property rights in the growth of the global fashion industry.
